To use hyperjurix services you must be legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction and not be restricted from receiving notarial or legal administrative services. Certain services may have additional eligibility requirements explained in specific service descriptions.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to engage our services. Minors may be served where local law permits and with appropriate parental or guardian authorization.

Services must be used for lawful purposes only. You must not upload, submit, or facilitate documents or requests that are fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise harmful. hyperjurix may refuse service where use appears unlawful or contrary to professional responsibilities.

Service availability may be limited by jurisdictional, regulatory, or logistical constraints. Not all notarial acts are valid outside Thailand; users are responsible for ensuring that the requested services meet the legal requirements of the destination jurisdiction.

User Accounts

Certain site features and service requests require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account credentials secure. Use of an account implies authorization to act on behalf of any represented party.

Provide complete and accurate information when creating or updating your account. Inaccurate information may delay service delivery or affect the legal validity of notarial acts.

Keep your password and authentication credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We employ reasonable security measures but cannot promise absolute protection against all threats.

Accounts and credentials are personal and may not be transferred or assigned without prior written approval from hyperjurix.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] and change your account password. We will take steps to secure the account and contribute suspicious activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or professional responsibilities. Suspension may occur with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the issue.

Services Offered

Service descriptions on the site detail scope, required documentation, fees, and delivery estimates. We may modify service offerings, procedures, or fees. Changes will be reflected on the website and, where they affect existing engagements, communicated by email or other contact methods provided by the user.

Service availability depends on operational hours, local regulations, and resource capacity. Emergency or expedited services are offered where feasible and may incur additional fees.

Site Conduct Rules

You retain ownership of your documents and materials. By submitting content you represent that you have authority to authorize hyperjurix to process and, where necessary, reproduce the content to perform requested services.

By submitting content you grant hyperjurix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and store the content solely for the purpose of providing requested services, complying with legal obligations, and maintaining records.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any user content. hyperjurix is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate, fraudulent, or unlawful submissions provided by users.

We may remove or refuse content that violates these terms or applicable law. Requests to remove content submitted by a user will be considered and processed in line with legal and record-keeping obligations.

Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, logos, and materials created by hyperjurix are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly authorized in writing.

• Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of hyperjurix content for commercial use without written permission.

Prices reflect the scope and complexity of the requested service and may include administrative and handling fees. Prices shown exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. Estimates are valid for the period specified in the estimate.

Payments may be accepted by bank transfer, card payment, or other methods stated at checkout. Services are not initiated until applicable fees or deposits are received where required. Payment information is processed using secure third-party payment providers.

If subscription-based services are offered, subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed at sign-up and in subscription confirmations.

hyperjurix may adjust pricing to reflect changes in operating costs or regulatory requirements. Existing confirmed engagements are generally charged at the agreed price unless otherwise noted.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of service, withholding of documents, or legal collection actions as permitted by law and professional rules.

Professional Disclaimer

Notarial acts and related services are provided consistent with applicable Thai professional standards. Information on the site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hyperjurix and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services.
