Client Intake and Verification
Initial client contact is focused on clarifying the purpose of the notarial act and assembling the necessary documents. We request identity documents, original papers, and any supporting certifications in advance to allow for a focused appointment. Where translation or additional legal review may be required, we indicate that at intake to avoid delays. This step also identifies whether documents will require subsequent legalization or apostille processing for use in another jurisdiction, enabling appropriate planning.
The intake process collects contact information, the intended jurisdiction for document use, and any deadline constraints. If a physical appointment is needed, clients are offered available time slots and provided a pre-appointment checklist. By preparing documents in advance we minimize time spent during the notarial act and reduce the chance of incomplete submissions.
